Appetizer: Approximately how many hours per week do you spend reading other blogs?

I'm not too bad...mainly because very few of my friends blog on a regular basis?!?! Between Blogger & Myspace...never mind, I am not going to admit to how much time I spend blogging:)!!

It's my vice so it shouldn't matter, right?!

Soup: Your community wants everyone to give one thing to put into a time capsule. What item would you choose to include?

A mixed CD with something that each family member loves on it. Something Disney for Bishop, a lullaby for Shayden, some horrible rap song for Brad & "Chasing Cars" for me. The label would have a family picture & various pictures of things that we love!

Salad: What is the most interesting tourist attraction you've ever visited?

Interesting...they are all interesting, I guess. I guess the MOST interesting would be the Space Needle because I don't get it....it is a tall pole with something at the top...nothing too great there but for some reason there was a line of no less than 400 people waiting to get to the top. It's not even that tall so I guess what I find interesting is people's interest in something so random...

Main Course: If you could give an award to anyone for anything, who would it be and what would the award be titled?

It is difficult to pick just one...but due to circumstances...I would choose my grandmother, my Mama, Martha. For being more that I ever realized or appreciated...for being so much to so many different people from SO many different walks of life. For being SO brave & showing me & teaching me what it is to just listen. I could go on...

Dessert: What do you think your favorite color reveals about your personality?

Pink...it says that I am BRIGHT & that I like to stand out. That I like attention & loved to be adored. It says that I am passionate but not to an unhealthy level. It says I am ALL girl...I love to be frou frou:)!!

He may look goofy but at least he has cute hair!! At least he HAS hair for a change:)!! 

Bishop got to meet a REAL slush...this was fabulous considering he had begged to stop at Sonic on the way to the mall but we didn't have time. 

We discovered this new kids club & Bish had a really good time!! The Ft Worth Zoo was there to put on a show! 

This a...well, I could make up a name but I won't. It is some kind of special cat from Africa...Bish loved seeing all of the animals! 

Bishop loves to "stomp the bugs" at the mall!! 

I know I am breaking the rules by feeding her now...as you can see, not much of it went in her mouth:)! 

Bishop is such a good big brother...he loves to hold her & even likes to help sometimes. I have such great kids!!! 

Shayden likes being face to face with her friends...:) 

Brad decided to teach Bishop how to "work out."

A week in the life of...

I have been a blog slacker...why is it that sometimes I am a blog whore & other times I don't blog for days. I guess I don't have a whole lot to gripe about...HAHA...that was funny!! Actually, I have composed a few blogs in my head, they just never made it on here due to time constraints. Let's see if I can summerize:

* My husband is a TOTAL dork. Not only is he afraid of thunderstorms (I have his back on that one...if you had ever sat through a tornado at his dad's house then you would be scared too:) BUT he is afraid of roller coasters too. AND not just roller coasters...he won't even ride the parachutes or the big boat. Feel free to go have a laugh at his expense on his page:)

* Shayden is ROLLING OVER!! Whoo hoo!!! It is exciting & a bummer all at the same time. Now she can roll over at night & then she is WIDE awake...fun times! She is eating baby food...but not well:). She now plays in her exersaucer which is nice because she can sit & play for awhile. She still loves music...all kinds. She sits in the sacuer beside the computer & listens to music while I type:)!

* Bish turns four this month...I am beside myself about this. He is getting SO big...it is just so surreal that we have a four year old!! I feel like before I know what is happening, I am going to wake up & be 35 with a 12 & 8 year old?!?!?!?

* I am still here doing what I do. Working a little, cleaning a little, & entertaining children a LOT:) I feel like there is a lot of drama in my life lately...I am trying to weed through it & deal. I don't like drama...I don't have time for it. People should just be real...BUT..."Leave your worries with Him, becaues He cares for you." 1 Peter 5:7...so that is what I am trying to do!!!

* I am busy planning Bishop's birthday party...it will be on Saturday, the 28th around noon so try to pencil us in. We will cook hamburgers & let the kids play games. Invites will go out soon. I am also trying to get stuff ready for Katie's wedding...anyone who would like to be creative with me is welcome to:)!!!

* Shadow now has a Myspace page...please go make friends with him:)
