A poem...

"God Saw You"
God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be
So He put His arms around you
and whispered come to me.
With tearful eyes we watched you,
and saw you pass away
and though we loved you dearly,
we could not make you stay.
A golden heart stopped beating,
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.

What a blessing she got to see and hold both of your children...even if it was just once for Shayden. One of my first thoughts after Kenzie was born was that I wish Granny were around to see and hold her. =(

Praise the Lord for such amazing, Godly women who poured their lives into us! May we follow in their footsteps and be the same kind of women....

SORRY THAT I HAVE BEEN SO NEGLECTFUL ON MY BLOGGING. I HAVEN'T SEEN YOUR PAGE IN LIKE A WEEK. I LOVE WHAT YOU WROTE ABOUT MA-MA. THE WORLD WAS SO VERY LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL WOMAN AS SHE WAS AND I ONLY WISH I WOULD HAVE SPENT MORE TIME WITH HER. I TRUELY REGRET HOW MANY TIMES I JUST RAN TO ALTUS BUT DID NOT FIND THE TIME TO EVEN STOP BY AND SAY HELLO. I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE HOW MUCH YOU MISS HER BUT I KNOW THAT SHE LOVED THIS FAMILY WITH ALL HER HEART, AND THAT IS ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS I NOTICED ABOUT HER WHEN I FIRST CAME INTO THIS FAMILY.
